SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping Policy:

All cash-on-delivery (COD) orders will be delivered within a timeframe of 5-7 working days across India. Similarly, all prepaid orders can expect delivery within 3-5 working days throughout India.

To claim a replacement, we kindly request you create an unboxing video for verification purposes.

Please note that slight variations in product, color, design, and weight may occur due to the hand-made nature of our products. We strive to maintain the highest quality standards for our customers.

Return Policy:

Please make a video of the unboxing of any Mirabile’s product so as to ensure an ethical and smooth return process.

Mirabile’s products are to be returned in Mirabile’s original packaging only. In the case of improper packaging, any additional damages to the product will not be Mirabile’s responsibility. At Mirabile’s, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help. If you want to return, contact customer care within 48 hours from the delivery date. Returns are accepted only if: – We have shipped the wrong product that is not matching your order; or – there is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.

Damaged items are getting delivered.

If your package appears damaged and, upon opening it, you find the artifact damaged, call us at +91-98186-18697 (9 a.m.–6 p.m.) or email us at care@mirabile.in within 48 hours of receipt of the package. Kindly follow the steps below so that we can process your returns as quickly as possible.

  1. Make a note of the damage on the courier’s copy of the airway bill and return a copy.
  2. Also, appropriate remarks should be made on the delivery sheet (if applicable) of the courier personnel making the delivery.
  3. Also, send us images of the work with close-ups of the damaged portion(s).

When you call or email us, we will discuss a replacement, refund, or credit. If you desire a replacement, please ship the artifact; a replacement will be sent to you at no charge. The cost of returning damaged items will have to be borne by you initially. Upon receiving the damaged items and confirming that they have been damaged in transit, we will refund the cost of your shipping the items back to us.

The merchandise got damaged during return transit from you due to improper packaging; in that case, we are not able to provide you with a replacement.

Other than these, no returns will be accepted, and the company is not liable for any minor color and size variations in the product.

Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and, if any, any freebies, along with your original receipt.

Note: The COD orders are eligible for Exchange only.
